SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, or high-demand periods.

Canada
Standard shipping: 2–7 business days, depending on your province.
United States
Standard shipping: 4–10 business days.
International
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.
Free shipping promotions may apply on qualifying orders.
4. Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
5. Shipping Delays
Shōgun Fight Gear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at: info@shogunfightgear.com We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
8. Duties & International Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
